Hi, we are Will and Krystal, a husband and wife team!
How did we end up here, selling coffee beans? Over 5 years ago we stumbled into the world of specialty coffee by way of finding coffee shops who used specialty coffee. Our curiosity was peaked and we started to look into it. It didn’t take long before we were watching videos on coffee roasting and we were intrigued. Within a few months we decided that was something we were going to do. In 2022 we had purchased a tiny Hottop roaster and experimented away making our family try all the coffees we roasted. Pretty quickly we found the Ethiopian Sidamo and we knew it was our favorite and our family and friends agreed. We spent the following few years roasting for friends and family out of our garage. Then in 2025 we decided it was time to purchase a bigger roaster and we bought our current 6 kilo San Franciscan.
We spent the rest of 2025 finishing out the inside of our roastery in our free time. After many months we finally completed it and finished the website. Then in May we were all the way ready and we opened our online store.
Now we, mostly Krystal, spend our time roasting for you (and loving it) while Will still works a full time job. We also currently do farmers markets in our area and love meeting you all face to face!
